Welcome to Differentiated Supervision Fall 2011

Since our topic this year will be about teaching adolescent writers, I thought we should use a format that your students might use in the classroom.  When considering  my knowledge base  for using blogs in the classroom, well if 5 means "comfortable with technology" and 1 "clueless," I am probably at 2.  How about you?  Are you using blogs in the classroom to encourage student writing?  Would you consider using blogs? Why? Why not?

Lucky for us, Natalie Fetterman, is in our study group, and she might be the "guru" for technology in the classroom.
